Eligibility
- Who can refer? All current full-time and part-time employees of Ryan Specialty Group are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Who can be referred? All external candidates who are not currently employed by Ryan Specialty Group and have not been employed within the past 12 months are eligible for referral.
Referral Process
