Eligibility

• Who can refer? All current full-time and part-time employees of Ryan Specialty Group are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who can be referred? All external candidates who are not currently employed by Ryan Specialty Group and have not been employed within the past 12 months are eligible for referral.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Submit your referral through the official Ryan Specialty Group Referral Portal. Include the candidate’s resume and any relevant information that highlights their fit for the role.

2. Review: The recruitment team will review the referral and contact the candidate if they meet the initial qualifications.

3. Interview: If the candidate progresses through the interview stages, you will be kept informed of their status.

4. Hire: If your referral is hired and successfully completes the 90-day probationary period, you will receive the referral bonus in the next payroll cycle.
