Program Overview
Eligibility
- Who can refer? All current RXO employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Who can be referred? Candidates who are not currently employed by RXO and have not been interviewed in the past 12 months.
Referral Process
- Submit Referral: Employees submit referrals through the internal referral portal.
- Candidate Review: The Talent Acquisition team reviews the referred candidate's application.
- Interview Process: If the candidate is a good fit, they will proceed through the standard interview process.
- Successful Hire: If the candidate is hired and completes the required tenure (typically 90 days), the referral bonus becomes payable.
