For specialized tech and product roles, RWJBarnabas Health offers a competitive referral bonus to incentivize employees to refer highly skilled candidates. The roles include but are not limited to Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and System Architects.

Estimated Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles:

• Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
• Payout Structure:
  • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Example:

• Role: Senior Software Engineer
• Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • First Installment (90 days): $2,500
  • Second Installment (1 year): $2,500
