Our referral program is designed to reward current employees who bring exceptional candidates into our team. Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers & Developers

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Criteria: Successful hire must remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Criteria: Successful hire must complete a 6-month probation period satisfactorily.

• Data Scientists & Analysts

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Criteria: Successful hire must be onboarded and complete 6 months of employment.

• UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Criteria: Successful hire must remain in the role for at least 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales & Marketing

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Criteria: Successful hire must meet initial performance metrics within the first 6 months.

• Human Resources

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Criteria: Completion of a successful 6-month tenure with satisfactory performance.

• Operations & Support

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Criteria: Must complete 6 months of employment with satisfactory performance reviews.

Payment Structure

• Initial Payout: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 3 months of employment.
• Final Payout: The remaining 50% is paid upon the completion of 6 months.
