Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees of RWB Consulting Engineers are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Referrals: The program primarily focuses on tech and product roles, but referrals for other positions are also welcome.
• Payment Process: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments — 50% after the new hire completes three months of employment, and the remaining 50% after six months.
• Referral Submission: Employees must submit their referrals through the official company portal or email to HR, including the candidate's resume and contact information.

Important Notes

• Referred candidates must not have applied to RWB Consulting Engineers within the past 12 months.
• Only one bonus will be awarded per candidate, on
