Rush Enterprises values the recommendations of our current employees in bringing talented individuals into our organization. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into tech/product roles, among other positions. Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonus program:

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and other similar roles.
• Referral Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Breakdown:
    • $1,000 upon the new hire’s completion of 3 months (probation period).
    • $1,500 upon the new hire’s completion of 12 months of continuous employment.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Sales Reps, Account Managers, Technicians, etc.
• Referral Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $500 upon the new hire’s completion of 3 months (probation period).
    • $500 upon the new hire’s completion of 12 months of continuous employment.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program except for hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate’s details through the official Rush Enterprises referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate acknowledges the referral during the application process.

3. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Must not have applied to Rush Enterprises within the last 12 months.
   • Must be hired for a full-time position and successfully complete the probation period to qualify for bonus disbursement.

4. Payment Schedule:

   • Bonuses are processed through payroll after the completion of the specified employment milestones.
   • Taxes and deductions apply as per standard payroll practices.
