Tech and Product Roles

For tech and product positions, Rumble offers a competitive referral bonus due to the specialized skill sets required. Here's a breakdown:

• Software Engineers (all levels): $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000
• Machine Learning Engineers: $3,500

Other Roles

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. However, the referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and remain with the company for at least 90 days.
