Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: We offer a referral bonus of $5,000 for successfully referred candidates who are hired and complete a 90-day probationary period.
• Product Manager: A successful referral for this role earns a $4,500 bonus.
• Data Scientist: For this highly specialized role, the referral bonus is $5,500.

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other key positions:

• Finance Analyst: A successful referral for a finance analyst role yields a $3,000 bonus.
• HR Specialist: We offer a $2,500 bonus for successful referrals in human resources.
• Sales Executive: Referrals for sales positions come with a $3,500 bonus.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All current RTS Financial employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Candidate Qualification: The referred candidate must not have applied to RTS Financial within the past 12 months.
• Probation Period: The referred candidate must complete a 90-day probation period for the referral bonus to be awarded.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as per the timestamp in our system.

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus will be paid in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's 90-day probationary period.
• Bonuses are subject to standard payroll taxes and deductions.
