Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, RTL Group offers a competitive referral bonus to incentivize employees to refer candidates with specialized skills. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Junior Positions: €2,000
• Mid-Level Positions: €3,000
• Senior Positions: €5,000
• Lead/Architect Positions: €7,000

Other Roles

While the focus of our referral program is on tech and product roles, we recognize the importance of other positions within the company. Referral bonuses for these roles are as follows:

Eligibility and Payout

• Eligibility: All full-time RTL Group employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period for the referrer to qualify for the bonus.

• Payout Timeline: Bonuses are typically paid out in the payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's probationary period, which is generally three to six months from the start date.
