Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer talented individuals to join our team. This program applies to all roles, with a particular focus on technology and product positions.

Referral Bonus Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of RPM International are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

• Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles: Employees referring candidates for technical or product roles such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc., are eligible for a referral bonus of up to $5,000.
  • Other Roles: For non-tech roles, the referral bonus is $2,000.

Payout Structure

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the new employee's completion of their first 90 days.
  • 50% upon the new employee's completion of their first 6 months.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit the candidate's details through the official referral portal on the company's intranet. Ensure that the candidate acknowledges your referral.

2. Qualification: The candidate must successfully pass through the interview process and accept a job offer for you to qualify for the bonus.

3. Eligibility Check: The referred candidate must not have applied to RPM International within the past 6 months to qualify as a new referral.

Program Rules

• Limit: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Taxes: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in your regular paycheck.
• Changes: RPM International reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral bonus program at any time.
