Eligible Roles

While our referral program covers a wide range of positions, we have a particular focus on tech and product roles due to the strategic importance of these areas. Eligible roles include, but are not limited to:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UX/UI Designers
• Systems Analysts
• DevOps Engineers

We also offer bonuses for successful referrals in other areas such as sales, marketing, and customer service.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Junior Positions: $1,500
• Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
• Senior Positions: $5,000
• Director and Above: $7,500

Other Roles

• Junior Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
• Senior Positions: $3,500
• Director and Above: $5,000

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of RLI Corp. are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR staff and hiring managers for the specific roles.
• Referral Process: To submit a referral, employees must complete the referral form located on the company intranet and submit it along with the candidate's resume.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments—50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
