Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our team members to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed overview of the referral bonus program, including estimated bonus amounts and eligible positions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Who Can Refer? All current Riveron employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Who Can Be Referred? Any candidate not already in our applicant tracking system or who has not applied independently within the last 12 months.
- Position Types: Primarily focused on tech and product roles but open to other critical positions across the organization.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Analyst: $2,500
- UI/UX Designer: $2,500
Other Roles
- Finance Analyst: $2,000
- Business Consultant: $2,500
- Marketing Specialist: $1,500
Payment Process
- Bonus Payouts: Referral bonuses are typically paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate's successful completion of 90 days with the company.
- 50% after the candidate's completion of six months with the company.
- Tax Implications: All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through payroll.
Submission Guidelines
- Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Riveron employee portal using the referral submission form.
- Information Required: Include the candidate's resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief description of your relationship with the candidate and why they would be a good fit.
