  • Payment Structure: The bonus is typically paid out in two installments—50% after the new hire completes their first 90 days, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

Other Roles

• Operational, Marketing, and Administrative Positions:
  • Bonus Amount: For these roles, the referral bonus is set at $2,500.
  • Payment Structure: Similar to tech roles, the bonus is distributed in two phases—50% after the candidate's initial 90 days and the balance after six months.

Eligibility and Process
