Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Referrer: All full-time employees of Reynolds Consumer Products are eligible to participate in the referral program, with the exception of HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referral: Candidates must apply through the designated referral process and must not have applied to Reynolds Consumer Products within the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role level and department. Below is an estimated breakdown for tech, product, and other roles:

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,500
• Product Manager: $2,800
• Data Analyst: $2,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,300
• DevOps Engineer: $2,600

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Sales Executive: $1,800
• HR Coordinator: $1,200

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  1. First Installment: 50% is paid once the referred candidate has completed 30 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is disbursed after the referred employee has successfully completed 6 months of employment.

Additional Conditions

• The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
• The referrer must be employed by Reynolds Consumer Products at the time of the bonus payout.
