Key Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.
• Payout Timing: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period, typically 90 days from their start date.
• Referral Process: To qualify for the bonus, employees must submit the referral through the company's official referral portal. The candidate must state the referrer’s name during the application process.
