Program Overview

• Eligibility: All current ResMed employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Eligible Roles: The program emphasizes tech and product roles, including but not limited to:
  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Scientists
  • UX/UI Designers
• Additional roles in other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, may also be eligible for referral bonuses.

Referral Bonus Details

• Bonus Amounts: Referral bonuses vary by role and are structured to incentivize referral for high-demand positions:
  • Tech/Product Roles: $2,000 - $5,000 per successful referral, depending on the role's level and demand.
  • Other Roles: $1,000 - $3,000 per successful referral.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are typically paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the internal ResMed employee portal, providing the candidate's resume and a brief justification for their suitability.
2. Interview Process: Referred candidates will undergo the standard interview and screening process.
3. Notification: Employees will be notified of their referral status as the candidate progresses through the interview stages.
4. Bonus Disbursement: Once the candidate has been successfully hired and met the tenure milestones, the referral bonus will be processed and included in the referrer's paycheck.
