Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired for open positions within the company. Below are the details of the referral bonus structure, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, with a mention of other roles as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: Referral bonus of $3,000
• Product Manager: Referral bonus of $2,500
• Data Scientist: Referral bonus of $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: Referral bonus of $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: Referral bonus of $3,000
• QA Engineer: Referral bonus of $2,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: Referral bonus of $1,500
• Sales Executive: Referral bonus of $2,000
• Customer Support Representative: Referral bonus of $1,000
• Human Resources Coordinator: Referral bonus of $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the company intranet.
• The referred candidate must clearly indicate the referring employee’s name during the application process.
• The referral bonus is applicable only if the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment with Reservoir Media.

Payment Details

• The referral bonus will be processed in the payroll following the completion of the referred candidate's 90-day employment period.
• All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in the referring employee's regular paycheck.

Additional Notes

• There is no limit to the number of candidates an employee can refer, and bonuses will be awarded for each successful hire.
• Employees involved in the hiring process for a particular role are not eligible for the referral bonus for that role.
