To support this goal, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program designed to reward employees for recommending exceptional candidates for open positions within our company. This program is applicable across various roles, with a particular focus on tech and product positions. Below are the details of the program, including estimated bonuses for successful referrals.
Program Details
Eligibility
- Who Can Refer: All current Repligen employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Who Can Be Referred: External candidates who are not already in Repligen's applicant tracking system and have not applied within the last 12 months.
Referral Bonus Structure
The referral bonus amounts vary based on the type of role filled and are paid out in two installments: at the new hire's three-month and six-month anniversaries.
Tech & Product Roles
- Software Engineer: Up to $5,000
- Product Manager: Up to $4,500
- Data Scientist: Up to $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: Up to $4,000
Other Roles
- Sales Executive: Up to $3,000
- Manufacturing Specialist: Up to $2,500
- Quality Assurance Analyst: Up to $3,000
Payment Schedule
- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee successfully completes three months of employment.
- Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee successfully completes six months of employment.
Terms and Conditions
- The referring employee must be actively employed at Repligen at the time of both installment payments to be eligible for the bonus.
- The referral must be submitted through the official referral form available on the Repligen intranet.
