Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for helping us identify and attract top-tier professionals, particularly in tech and product roles. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our program, including estimates and numbers to give you a clear understanding of the potential rewards.
Program Overview
The referral bonus program is applicable to all employees who refer candidates for open positions at Rendr. Bonuses are awarded for successful hires across various roles, with a focus on tech and product positions.
Eligibility
- All active employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referred candidates must not be already in our talent database or have applied within the last 12 months.
- The referring employee must be employed at Rendr at the time of payout.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
To attract top talent in critical areas such as technology and product development, we offer competitive referral bonuses:
- Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
- Product Managers: $2,500
- Data Scientists: $3,000
- UX/UI Designers: $2,500
- DevOps Engineers: $3,000
Other Roles
While our primary focus is on tech/product roles, we value contributions to other departments and offer bonuses for successful referrals in these areas as well:
- Marketing Specialists: $1,500
- Sales Executives: $2,000
- Customer Support Representatives: $1,000
Payment Details
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.
- All bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
