This initiative encourages our employees to refer talented individuals within their networks, particularly for tech and product roles, while also extending to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech & Product Roles

Given the high demand and specialized skills required for tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus to attract top-tier candidates:

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

For other key roles within REI Systems, we provide the following referral bonuses:

• Project Managers: $2,000
• Business Analysts: $1,500
• Sales and Marketing Positions: $1,500
• Administrative Roles: $1,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of REI Systems are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, excluding those in managerial positions directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal employee portal or by contacting the HR department directly with the candidate's resume and relevant details.

2. HR Review: The HR team will review the referral to ensure the candidate meets the basic qualifications for the role.

3. Interview Process: If the candidate is shortlisted, they will undergo the standard interview
