Regional Management Referral Bonus Program

Our Regional Management Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to recommend top talent for tech and product roles, as well as other key positions within the company. This program not only helps us attract skilled professionals but also rewards our employees for their valuable referrals.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
• Positions Covered: Primarily tech and product roles, including software engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other critical positions. Other roles may also be eligible on a case-by-case basis.
• Referral Bonus: The bonus amount varies depending on the role and level of the referred candidate.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Junior Level (e.g., Junior Software Engineer, Associate Product Manager):
     • Bonus: $1,000
     • Estimated Time to Fill: 45 days
   • Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager):
     • Bonus: $2,500
     • Estimated Time to Fill: 60 days
   • Senior Level (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager):
     • Bonus: $5,000
     • Estimated Time to Fill: 75 days
   • Executive Level (e.g., CTO, VP of Product):
     • Bonus: $10,000
     • Estimated Time to Fill: 90 days

2. Other Roles:

   • Junior to Mid-Level:
     • Bonus: $500 - $1,500
     • Estimated Time to Fill: 30-60 days
   • Senior Level:
     • Bonus: $3,000
     • Estimated Time to Fill: 60-75 days
