Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our team members to bring in top talent, particularly in crucial areas such as technology and product development. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, specifically focusing on tech and product roles, but also including other roles within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Key Roles:

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $3,000
• HR Manager: $2,500
• Financial Analyst: $3,000

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Regency Centers are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. The program is applicable to both internal and external candidates referred for full-time positions.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate’s resume and details through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate acknowledges the referral when applying.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

4. Criteria for Payout:

   • The referred candidate must meet all job qualifications and successfully pass the interview process.
   • The candidate must remain employed with Regency Centers for a specified period as mentioned above.

5. Exclusions:

   • Referrals for intern, part-time, or temporary positions do not qualify for the bonus.
