At Redwire, we recognize the value of great talent and the role our employees play in identifying and attracting exceptional candidates. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer top talent to our organization, particularly for roles in tech and product teams, although it extends to other positions as well.
How the Program Works

Eligibility: All full-time Redwire employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Contractors and temporary employees are currently not eligible.

Referral Submission: Employees can refer candidates by submitting a referral form available on the Redwire intranet portal. The form must include the candidate's resume and a brief description of their qualifications.

Tech/Product Roles:
- Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager): $2,000
- Mid-level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $4,000
- Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Developer, Lead Product Manager): $6,000
- Specialized Roles (e.g., Data Scientist, UX Designer): $5,000
