Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

Our referral bonus program provides financial incentives to employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired and complete a designated period of employment. This program not only helps us grow our teams with highly qualified professionals but also rewards our employees for their valuable contributions to the recruitment process.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonuses are structured based on the type of role and are categorized as follows:

1. Tech Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Bonus: $5,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $2,500 upon the new hire's completion of 3 months.
       • $2,500 upon the new hire's completion of 6 months.

2. Product Roles:

   • UX/UI Designers, Product Analysts:

     • Payment Schedule:
