• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: We offer a referral bonus of $5,000 for successful referrals in these key areas. These roles are critical to our innovative approach, and finding the right talent is essential for our continued success.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers: For these positions, we provide a referral bonus of $4,000. These roles support the core functions of our tech and product teams, ensuring seamless operation and user-friendly products.

Other Roles

• Research Scientists and Lab Technicians: We offer a referral bonus of $3,000 for successful referrals in these areas. These roles are vital to our research and development efforts.

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees of Recursion Pharmaceuticals are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral system to qualify for a bonus.
