This program provides substantial rewards for successful referrals, particularly for tech and product roles. Below, we provide detailed information on the program, including estimated bonus amounts.

Referral Bonus Overview

The Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees for recommending candidates who align with our company values and possess the skills needed to thrive at Real Chemistry. Bonuses are paid out for successful referrals once the referred candidate has been employed for a specific period, typically 90 days.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech and Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000 - $5,000
  • Criteria for Higher Bonuses:
    • Senior positions or specialized skills may qualify for the upper range of the bonus.
    • Critical need roles may also attract higher bonuses.

2. Other Roles:

• Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: $1,000 - $2,500
  • Criteria for Higher Bonuses:
    • Roles that require niche expertise or have been challenging to fill may offer bonuses on the higher end.

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals cannot be made for positions within the referrer’s direct line of management.

• Process:

  1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal, providing necessary details about the candidate.
