The referral bonus for successful hires is structured as follows:
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers: $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,500

- UX/UI Designers: $4,000
- DevOps Engineers: $5,000
Other Roles
- Financial Analysts: $3,000
- Marketing Specialists: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer: Must be a current RBB Bancorp employee at the time of referral and payout.
- Referred Candidate: Must be hired for a full-time position and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
- Position: Must be a permanent position; temporary or contract roles are not eligible for referral bonuses.
Process
- Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal or by emailing the HR department with the candidate's resume and position of interest.
- Acknowledgment: HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral and update the referrer on the status of the candidate's application.
- Interview & Selection: The referred candidate goes through the standard recruitment process.
- Bonus Payout: Upon the successful completion of 90 days of employment by the referred candidate, the referral bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
