How It Works

1. Eligibility: Both employees of Rapport Therapeutics and external professionals can participate in the referral program.

2. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our official referral portal with complete candidate information and supporting documents such as resumes.

3. Process:

   • After submission, the referred candidate's credentials will be reviewed by our recruitment team.
   • If the candidate is successfully hired and completes 90 days of employment, the referral bonus will be processed.

4. Payment:

   • Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
   • Bonuses will be paid out within 30 days following the candidate's 90-day employment milestone.

5. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one person, the bonus will be awarded to the referrer who submitted first, based on the timestamp in our referral system.
