Tech & Product Roles

Software Engineer

• Bonus Amount: $3,000
• Eligibility: Bonus is paid out in two installments: $1,500 after the new hire completes their first 90 days and the remaining $1,500 after their 6-month anniversary.

Product Manager

• Bonus Amount: $3,500
• Eligibility: Similar to the Software Engineer role, the bonus is split into two payments—$1,750 after the initial 90 days and $1,750 after 6 months.

Data Scientist

• Bonus Amount: $3,000
• Eligibility: Paid in two parts, with $1,500 disbursed after 90 days and the balance at the 6-month mark.

UX/UI Designer

• Bonus Amount: $2,500
• Eligibility: The bonus is paid $1,250 after 90 days and the remainder after 6 months.

Other Roles

Field Technician

• Bonus Amount: $1,000
• Eligibility: Full bonus paid after the new hire completes 90 days with the company.

Sales Representative

• Bonus Amount: $1,500
• Eligibility: The bonus is split into two payments—$750 after 90 days and $750 after 6 months.

Additional Details
