Program Overview

The Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. Successful referrals result in a bonus payment to the referring employee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligible Roles

  • Tech and Product Roles: These include positions such as software engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, and other related roles.
  • Other Roles: Administrative, marketing, sales, and operational positions are also eligible for referral bonuses.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is categorized based on the level and criticality of the position:

  • Entry-Level Tech/Product Roles: $1,000
  • Mid-Level Tech/Product Roles: $2,500
  • Senior & Specialized Tech/Product Roles: $5,000
  • Executive Tech/Product Roles: $10,000
  • Other Roles: $500 to $3,000 depending on the criticality and level of the position

Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half after six months of employment.
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must be hired and remain employed through the relevant payment milestones. If the candidate departs or is terminated before these milestones, the remaining bonus payments may be forfeited.
