Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers, Engineers, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 6 months with the company.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid in two installments:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Data Scientists, Analysts, IT Specialists:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 6 months with the company.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid in two installments:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Management and Administrative Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a minimum of 6 months with the company.
  • Payment Schedule: Bonus is paid in two installments:

• Operational and Support Staff:
