Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Rakuten USA Inc. are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Conditions: The referred candidate must successfully complete a minimum of 90 days of employment for the referrer to qualify for the bonus.
• Payment: Bonuses are typically paid out in the payroll following the completion of the candidate's 90-day tenure.

How to Refer

Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal or by contacting the HR department directly with the candidate's information and resume. It is important to ensure the candidate is aware of and consents to the referral.

• Multiple referrals for the same candidate will result in the bonus being awarded to the first employee to submit the referral.
• The program is subject to
