How It Works

Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal. Make sure to include the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation note.

Screening and Interview Process: Our HR team will review the referral and, if they meet the initial criteria, will invite them for an interview.

Offer and Employment: If the candidate successfully passes the interview process and accepts the job offer, they must remain employed for at least 90 days for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

Bonus Payment: Once the referred employee completes 90 days, the bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
