At Raft LLC, we recognize the value of great talent and the role our current employees play in bringing exceptional individuals to our team. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates, primarily focusing on tech and product roles, though we welcome referrals for other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be employed for a minimum of 90 days.

• UI/UX Designer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be employed for a minimum of 90 days.

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist, Sales Executive, HR Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be employed for a minimum of 90 days.

• Administrative Assistant, Customer Support

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Eligibility: Referral must be employed for a minimum of 90 days.

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal. Make sure to include the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation note.

2. Screening and Interview Process: Our HR team will review the referral and, if they meet the initial criteria, will invite them for an interview.

3. Offer and Employment: If the candidate successfully passes the interview process and accepts the job offer, they must remain employed for at least 90 days for the referrer to be eligible for the bonus.

4. Bonus Payment: Once the referred employee completes 90 days, the bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
