  • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Other In-Demand Roles

• Nurses, Medical Technicians, Administrative Staff:
  • Bonus Amount: Up to $1,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $750 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

Eligibility and Process

1. Who Can Refer?

   • All current employees of Rady Children's Hospital, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Who Can Be Referred?

   • Referrals must be external candidates who are not currently employed by Rady Children's Hospital or have not been employed within the past 12 months.

3. How to Refer a Candidate?

   • Submit the candidate’s resume along with a completed referral form to the HR department before the candidate applies.
   • Ensure the candidate mentions the referring employee's name in their application.

4. Conditions for Bonus Payment

   • The referred candidate must be hired into a permanent full-time position.
   • The employee making the referral must be employed at Rady Children's Hospital at the time of bonus payout.
