The RadNet Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. The program applies to all full-time positions, with a particular emphasis on tech and product roles, given their critical impact on our company's growth and innovation.

Eligibility

• All full-time RadNet employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred candidates must be external applicants with no prior employment history with RadNet.
• The referring employee must be employed at RadNet at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid.

Referral Bonus Breakdown

The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role category. Below are the estimates for different categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500

Other Key Roles

• Radiologist: $5,000
• Healthcare Administrator: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500

Payment Structure

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
