This program primarily focuses on tech and product roles, but also extends to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Backend/Frontend/Full Stack

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 3 months.

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 3 months.

• UX/UI Designer

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 3 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 3 months.

• Customer Support Representative

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period of 3 months.

How It Works

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit candidate referrals through the internal referral portal. Ensure the candidate's resume and contact information are included.

2. Interview Process: Referred candidates will go through our standard interview and selection process.

3. Successful Hire and Probation: If the candidate is hired and successfully completes the 3-month probationary period, the referring employee will receive the referral bonus.

4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be included in the referring employee's next paycheck following the candidate's successful completion of the probation period.
