The referral bonus program applies to all full-time positions, with a special focus on tech and product roles. Bonuses are awarded for successful referrals that lead to a hire and are paid out after the new employee has completed a designated period of employment.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles

   • Software Engineer: $5,000
   • Product Manager: $4,500
   • Data Scientist: $5,500
   • UX/UI Designer: $4,000
   • DevOps Engineer: $5,000

2. Other Roles

   • Marketing Specialist: $3,000
   • Sales Executive: $3,500
   • HR Specialist: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Employee Status: All current employees, except for those in HR and executive positions, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
