Eligibility

• Employees: All full-time Quantium employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidates: Referred candidates must not have applied to Quantium in the last 12 months.
• Positions: The program covers all open positions, with specific emphasis on tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers:
  • Junior Level: $2,000
  • Mid Level: $3,000
  • Senior Level: $4,000
• Product Managers:
  • Junior Level: $2,500
  • Mid Level: $3,500
  • Senior Level: $4,500
• Data Scientists:
  • Junior Level: $2,500
  • Mid Level: $3,500
  • Senior Level: $4,500

Other Roles

• Business Analysts:
  • Junior Level: $1,500
  • Mid Level: $2,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.
