Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers:

   • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
   • Payout Schedule: Typically paid out in two installments; 50% upon the new hire’s start date and 50% after the new hire completes six months of employment.

2. Hardware Engineers and Designers:

   • Bonus Amount: Up to $2,500
