Referral Bonus Structure
Tech and Product Roles
For tech and product roles, which are critical to our innovation and growth, we offer a competitive referral bonus:
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000
- DevOps Engineer: $4,500
Other Roles
We also value referrals for roles in other departments, with the following bonuses:
- Marketing Specialist: $3,000
- Sales Executive: $3,500
- HR Manager: $3,000
- Finance Analyst: $2,500
Process and Eligibility

Submission: To refer a candidate, fill out the referral form available on the company intranet. Ensure you provide accurate contact information and a brief overview of the candidate's qualifications.

Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers involved in the recruitment for the referred position.

Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the candidate's successful completion of six months with the company.

Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must be new to QLI (i.e., not a previous applicant or employee) and must be hired for a full-time role.
