Referral Bonus Details
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists
- Referral Bonus: $3,000
- Eligibility: The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid out. The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probation period.
- Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
IT Support, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers
- Referral Bonus: $2,000
- Eligibility: Same as above.
- Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
