Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our current employees to refer highly qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below, you'll find detailed information on the referral bonus program, including estimates and specific details relevant to various roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of referral and when the bonus is paid out. The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probation period.
  • Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

IT Support, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers

• Referral Bonus: $2,000
• Eligibility: Same as above.
• Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles (e.g., Finance, HR, Sales)

• Referral Bonus: $1,000
• Eligibility: Same as above.
• Payment Structure: The bonus will be paid in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Important Notes

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was received first.
• Internal Transfers: Referrals for internal transfers or promotions are not eligible for a referral bonus.
