At QBraids, we value the contributions of our employees and believe that great talent knows great talent. To incentivize our team to help us grow our talented workforce, we offer a comprehensive referral bonus program. Below are the details of our referral bonus structure, with a particular focus on tech and product roles, but also including other roles within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representatives: $3,000
• Marketing Specialists: $2,500
• Customer Support Associates: $2,000
• HR Specialists: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Who Can Refer?

   • All full-time and part-time employees of QBraids are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Who Can Be Referred?

   • Referrals should be external candidates not previously employed by QBraids or currently in the recruitment process.

3. Successful Referral Definition

   • A referral is considered successful once the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment with QBraids.

4. Payment Timeline

   • Bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the referred employee's 90th day of employment.

Additional Notes

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful referral will result in an additional bonus.
• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, please submit their resume and a brief introduction through the internal referral portal.
• Transparency: Employees will be updated on the status of their referral at key stages of the recruitment process.
