Referral Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% ($2,500) paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% ($2,500) paid after the referred candidate completes their first year of employment.

Other Roles

• Non-Tech Roles (e.g., Marketing, HR, Operations)
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% ($1,500) paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% ($1,500) paid after the referred candidate completes their first year of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals via our internal referral portal, including the candidate’s resume and LinkedIn profile.
2. Review and Interview: Our recruitment team will review the referral and, if suitable, proceed with the standard interview process.
