  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probation period of 6 months.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% of the bonus is paid after the candidate's first month; the remaining 50% is paid upon completion of the probation period.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probation period of 6 months.

General Guidelines
