Referral Bonus Overview

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of PulteGroup are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Bonus Structure:

   • Tech/Product Roles:
     • For positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and UX/UI Designers, the referral bonus can range from $2,000 to $5,000. This variation depends on the level of the position (e.g., junior, mid, senior) and the criticality of the role.
   • Other Roles:
     • For non-tech roles, the referral bonus typically ranges from $1,000 to $3,000, again influenced by the position's level and urgency to fill.

3. Payment Schedule:

   • The bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid when the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after the candidate reaches their 6-month employment milestone.

4. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must acknowledge the employee as their referrer during the application process.
   • The candidate must not already be in PulteGroup's recruitment database and must not have applied for a position within the last 12 months.
   • The referring employee must be active and in good standing at the time of each bonus installment.

5. Process:

   • Employees can submit referrals via the company’s internal referral portal, providing details about the candidate and the position they are being referred for.
   • The HR team will review and track referrals, ensuring compliance with the program’s terms.
