Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees of PTM Industries are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Temporary and contract employees are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate’s resume through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate acknowledges the referral during the application process.
   • The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

3. Payment Process:

   • Referral bonuses are paid out in the first payroll cycle following the successful completion of the new hire’s 90-day probationary period.
   • All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

4. Multiple Referrals:

   • If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first, as determined by the timestamp in the referral system.
