Tech & Product Roles

Tech and product roles are critical to our company’s innovation and success. Therefore, we offer competitive bonuses for successful referrals in these areas:

• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

Eligibility and Payout

1. Eligibility:

   • The referral bonus program is open to all current employees of Proxymity.
   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to qualify for the bonus.

2. Payout:

   • Bonuses will be paid out after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment with Proxymity.
   • The referring employee must still be employed at Proxymity at the time of the bonus payout.

3. Referral Limit:

   • There is no limit to the number of candidates an employee can refer or the bonuses they can receive.

Process

1. Referral Submission:
   • Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate’s resume and contact details
