Technology and Product Roles

Protagonist Therapeutics places a high priority on building a strong technology and product team. As such, we offer generous referral bonuses for successful referrals in these areas:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,000
• Data Scientist: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $3,000

Other Critical Roles

While our focus is on tech and product positions, we also provide referral bonuses for other critical roles within the company:

• Research Scientist: $4,000

Conditions for Referral Bonus

1. Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. The referring employee must be actively employed at the time the bonus is paid out.

2. Referral Process: To qualify as a referral, the candidate must:

   • Be submitted through the official referral process.
   • Not already be in our recruitment database.
   • Not have applied on their own within the past 12 months.

3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred employee completes their first 90 days of employment.
   • 50% after the referred employee completes six months of employment.
