To enhance our recruitment efforts, we offer a referral bonus program, particularly targeting tech and product roles, though it applies to other positions as well.

Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

• Eligibility: All current employees of Prosperity Bancshares are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles: Employees who successfully refer a candidate for a tech or product position can earn a referral bonus of up to $5,000. This reflects the high demand and specialized skill set required for these roles.
  • Other Roles: For non-tech/product roles, the referral bonus can range from $1,000 to $2,500, depending on the level and criticality of the position.
• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.
• Criteria for Referral:
  • The referred candidate must not have applied to Prosperity Bancshares through other recruitment channels within the last 12 months.
  • The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of both bonus payments.

Process for Submitting a Referral

1. Submission: Referrals should be submitted through the internal employee portal or directly to the HR department using the designated referral form.
2. Tracking: Once a referral is submitted, it will be tracked through the recruitment system, and employees will receive updates on the status of their referral.
3. Hiring Process: Referred candidates will undergo the standard hiring process. Successful hiring is contingent on the candidate meeting all job requirements and passing all
