Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $2,500 payable after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
    • $2,500 payable after the new hire completes their first year.

Other Key Roles

• Field Technicians, Operations Managers, Sales Executives
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $1,500 payable after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
    • $1,500 payable after the new hire completes their first year.
